Administrative Assistant - Production

This dynamic, high profile position provides administrative support for the leader of our Production Team. Responsibilities include acting as a primary point of contact to the Production leader for the MLO team, fielding and prioritizing communications, pulling and creating reports to track business trends, helping in the development of presentations, coordinating schedules and any needed travel plans, as well as other administrative and clerical duties. Position demands a high level of professionalism, positivity and confidentiality in all situations, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. This individual works independently with limited supervision and must regularly apply good judgment in prioritizing and executing their job duties; taking initiative within agreed upon framework.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency; and minimum of 3 years' of administrative experience. Strong computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are needed. Branch Manager (Producing) - Reno, NV & Vacaville, CA

Receptionist - Part-time
